Family remains at the heart of Kam Wai Dim Sum
A decade ago, William Liu was living in New York and pursuing a career in opera. Then he received a phone call that altered the course of his life: his father’s health was failing and the family business, Kam Wai Dim Sum, was on the verge of being sold. “I was almost on the brink of tears,” Liu recalled.
