MIINA finds the light on her first solo tour

Vancouver Island musician MIINA was a long way from home when disaster struck. Her vegetable oil-fuelled tour bus broke down halfway through her tour. But for the indie artist, nothing could stop the good vibes from rolling. “Even if just 10 people show up in the community, in this day and age ticket sales are notoriously challenging,” the artist tells us ahead of her show at Biltmore Cabaret this week. “For people to leave the comfort of their homes and spend their time with me, I’m honoured.”
